: Pre- and post-survey data was collected under Exempt Category 2 Protocol 18–270, NOWS-NM Training Initiative - Optimizing care for Neonates at risk for Opiate Withdrawal Syndrome, approved by the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Office of Research Human Research Protections Program Human Research Review Committee (UNM HRRC). Qualitative data was collected under Exempt Category 2 Protocol 19–468, A Mobile/Web-based Training Curriculum for Disseminating Best Practices for the Care of Newborns with Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome, approved by the UNM HRRC. Under both protocols, all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects (no subjects under the age of 18 were included).
