: The project was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Ulm on March 1st, 2017, No. 313/16 and the Ethics Committee of the University of Tuebingen on June 6th, 2017, No. 170/2017/BO1.There is no need for patient consent to participate in the study as far as the patients´ data is only used according to regular clinical documentation. If patients decide to participate in focus groups and questionnaires, they are provided an information sheet and informed consent, which they sign. They may withdraw their consent at any time.
