Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study protocol was approved to be implemented at all participating sites by the Ethics Board of Peking University Institute of Mental Health and all participating sites (Approval Number: 2017–2(1)). The standalone Ethics Boards of Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University, Peking University Third Hospital also approved the research protocol at their site. The Ethics Boards will be informed of any modifications. Prior to enrolment, all participating patients will be required to provide written informed consent. To ensure that each participant understands the study procedures, aim and design, the cardiologist and assessor are responsible for providing a complete explanation about the potential risks and benefits for the patient of participating in the study. Each participant must also be informed that he/she can withdraw from the present study at any time without specifying a reason and that withdrawal from the study would not affect their usual clinical care or legal rights.
