: Written informed consent will be collected from all participants. This study is carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and has been approved by the Medical Ethical Committee of the University Medical Center Groningen (METc file number: 2017/573, ABR: NL63206.042.17, protocol version 2, 07-12-2017). The study was also approved by the Committee for Research and Health Care Innovation (<i>Commissie Onderzoek en Zorginnovatie,</i> GGZ Drenthe), Committee for Scientific Research (<i>Commissie Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek</i>, GGZ Delfland), and the board of directors of Zeeuwse Gronden.
