: This study was registered on Clinicaltrials.gov (Identifier: NCT03360136), approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Stockholm, Sweden (Approval Nr. 2016/1834–31/2), and followed the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.At inclusion, verbal and written information about the study was administered. The patients were informed that participating in the study was voluntary, that they could terminate their participation at any point, and that their participation would in no way affect the contents of their rehabilitation. All participants provided written consent before inclusion.
