: The IPSNOR study is approved by The Regional Ethic Committee for Medical Health Research (REK Nord, 75961). REK Nord defined this study to be outside the Norwegian Health Research Act (REK Nord 75961, September 07, 2020). The Norwegian centre for research data (Project number 57094) approved the study. All participants who were interviewed received written and verbal information about the study and gave informed consent. Participants in the meetings in which participant observation was conducted were informed about the study and consented to the researchers’ presence. All data have been treated confidentially.
