: All methods of this cross sectional study were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations by in the declaration of Helsinki (ethics approval and consent to participate). All participants were informed in writing about the study content and only filled out the questionnaire if they agreed with participating in the study. All the participants signed the written informed consent form digitally. Necessary assurance was given to them for the anonymity and confidentiality of their information. The participants had the right to withdraw during at any time of the study. The study was approved by the ethics committee of Hannover Medical School (no. 2975–2015) and staff committee of the hospital.
