: This study was conducted according to the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and all procedures involving research study participants were approved by the Institutional Ethical Committee of the Patuakhali Science and Technology University. Ethical approval reference number: PSTU/IEC/2021/14. Before commencing data collection, written informed consents were obtained from the finally selected study participants. As Bangla is the mother language, for the convenience of our study participants we prepared the consent form in Bangla. The purpose of this survey, the process of data collection, risks, and benefits from participating in this study were properly described in the consent form. Participants were informed that there will be no financial or other financial or non-financial incentives for participating in the study and that their participation is voluntary. They were also informed that they may withdraw from the participation in the study at any time after initial participation, without any prejudice or penalty. Contact details of the research team were provided for possible communication. When a participant verbally agreed to participate in this survey, the research assistant provided them the consent form and gave adequate time to carefully read and then sign it off. For those who were unable to read and/or write, our research assistant read out the consent form in the presence of their husband (in Bangladeshi culture, the husband is the legally authorized representative of a married woman). Then research assistant requests them to sign off (or a thumb impression for those unable to sign) the consent form. A final signed copy of the consent form was provided to the participants for their personal record. All the procedures of taking informed consent were approved by the Institutional Ethical Committee of the Patuakhali Science and Technology University.
