: All methods were conducted according to the ethical standards of the declarations of Helsinki. Ethical clearance was obtained from the University of Gondar Institutional Review Board (IRB) and supportive permission was also taken from zonal administrative before the data collection. Study participants were informed about the negative impact on their life, their confidentiality was maintained, and written informed consent and assent were obtained from the students and their parents before the data collection period, respectively. Participants were informed that they had a right to refuse participation at any time they want and have also had a right to ask about concerns about the study. To ensure privacy, study respondents were far apart or alone, so that they could complete their questionnaires without being overlooked by other students.
