: On 27/07/2012 Ethiopian Calendar or 5/03/2020GC, the Institutional Reviewer Board (IRB) of the University of Gondar School of Nursing ethical review committee approved the study with Ref. No. S/N/103/07/2012. Even though the study was conducted on humans, no biological samples were taken from the subjects. We did so because the ethical review committee considered that participants' verbal consent could only be used to collect data. As a result, after describing the goal and methods to each health facility administrator, authorization was obtained to select the appropriate data collection time based on workload. Verbal informed consent was obtained from participants. Participants were also informed that the information they provided in this study would be published anonymously and that they were participating as volunteers. All the procedures were carried out in conformity with the relevant standards and regulations, as well as the Helsinki Declaration.
