: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee [Comité d’Éthique du Centre Hospitalier Régional Universitaire de Nancy], in France on October 26, 2016. The Ethics Committee considered that responses to the questionnaires equated to consent.For content validity, the informed consent of parents and participants was obtained. For the quantitative part, the study of the metric properties, consent was deemed to have been given when the adolescent and his/her parents completed all the questionnaires distributed. The inclusion of adolescents was only effective if all the questionnaires sent to the parents were returned. The Ethics Committee validated this method of collecting consent.The participants received an information letter and they could contact us if they had any questions. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations in France, e.g. Declaration of Helsinki.
