: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the principal Ethics Committee at Hanover Medical School on 11 August 2021 (Nr. 9824_BO_S_2021). The initial vote was recognised by the ethics committees of the medical associations of Lower Saxony, Berlin, Hamburg, and Westphalia-Lippe. The study was prospectively registered with the German Clinical Trials Register (DRKS00026232, 1 September 2021, ExternalRef removed). All participants will be informed about the study by the respective study centre and receive standardised participant information sheets. Then, voluntary written informed consent for study participation will be obtained from all participants.
