: The study was carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of the Helsinki Declaration of medical research ethics [CitationRef removed]. It involving human participants were reviewed and approved by Institutional Health, Research Ethics Review Committee of College of Health and Medical Sciences, Haramaya University with reference number IHRERC/255/2020. The participants provided their oral and written informed consent to participate in this study. A formal letter of permission and support was provided for two public hospitals in which the study was conducted. Participants were informed about the aim of the study and the advantage of the study. Oral and written informed consent was taken from each participant before data collection began. Confidentiality was maintained at all levels of the study through anonymous data collection.
