: This study was conducted in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval was granted by the Review Board of Urmia University of Medical Sciences (Date: 26/05/2021/No: IR.UMSU.REC.1400.057). The leading researcher obtained informed consent from all the participants or their legal guardians. Because using the Yara application could lead to increased energy in patients and increase the possibility of suicide, the researcher was required to recruit a psychiatrist in both Urmia and Khoy cities by the ethics committee. All patients were under the supervision of a psychiatrist throughout the study.
