Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Bangalore Baptist Hospital on the 30th of August 2016. The purpose of the study and procedures of the interviews were explained in details to all potential participants prior to their participation in the study. All participants were given ample opportunity to ask questions and were informed about their voluntary participation and right to withdraw from the study. Verbal informed consents were obtained from all participants prior to their participation in the interviews. During the implementation of the study, obtaining written consents were proven to be challenging due to the nature of conducting the interviews via video-conferences. The ethical committee approved verbal consents if it was difficult to obtain written informed consents due to logistic reasons.
