Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All human studies have been approved by the Research Ethics Committee, Human Research Sub Committee, University College Dublin and have therefore been performed in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. All parents had to provide a signed informed consent prior to the child’s enrolment to the study and child’s verbal consent to participate in the study was obtained and registered on the measurement day. The Research Ethics Committee gave their approval to obtain verbal consent of the child to be examined.
