: Sedigheh Yeganeh: Master of Science in Paediatric Nursing from the Department of Nursing, School of Nursing and Midwifery, Bushehr University of Medical Sciences, Bushehr, Iran. Her thesis is on “Assessing the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of Mothers with the Approach to Finding the Rate and Causes of Food Insecurity in Bushehr Children from the Viewpoints of Medical Sciences and Public Health.”Niloofar Motamed: Associate Professor of Community Medicine (MD/MPH) at Bushehr University of Medical Sciences, Bushehr, Iran. Her work focuses specifically on promoting population health and the role and contribution of the health system. Children as a vulnerable group are the focus of her research.Saeid NajafpourBoushehri: Assistant Professor of Nutritional Sciences (Ph.D.) at the Department of Nutrition, School of Health and Nutrition, Bushehr University of Medical Sciences, Bushehr, Iran. He has a food security fellowship and his work focuses specifically on promoting food hygiene. During the past five years he has been the Head of Food Control Laboratory and the Deputy of Food and Drug at Bushehr University of Medical Sciences.Maryam Ravanipour: Associate Professor of Nursing at Bushehr University of Medical Sciences; the Persian Gulf Tropical Medicine Research Centre, and the Persian Gulf Biomedical Sciences Research Institute (Bushehr, Iran). Her work focuses specifically on nursing care and empowering the patients and their family, especially those with chronic diseases.
