Ethics approval and consent to participate
: We sought and got ethical approval from the Research Ethics Committee of the State Ministry of Health. We obtained verbal informed consent from the health department of the LGAs and the traditional leaders in each community. We obtained verbal informed consent from each of the participants and discussants. The objectives of the study were clearly explained to the participants and the consent to participate in the discussion and interview were obtained verbally. The study did not involve any invasive procedure and the authors adhered to code of Helsinki declaration.
