: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee for Research on Human Subjects (No. 10–05) at Nihon Fukushi University (Aichi, Japan), in addition to, the Ethics Committee for Medical Research (No. 10555) at the University of Tokyo (Tokyo, Japan).
