Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Xiangya School of Nursing, Central South University (Changsha, China). The essential information of the study, including its purpose and procedures, the benefits and risks for participants, and their right to decline participation in the study were clearly explained on the first page of the questionnaire. Therefore, submission of the online questionnaire was regarded as consent to participate in the study. The Institutional Review Board approved the form of assumed consent on receipt of completed questionnaires. To ensure the confidentiality of the data, all online data were protected by signing a confidentiality agreement between the principle investigators and the company <i>Wenjuanxing</i>.
