Ethics approval and consent to participate
: An ethics submitted for the evaluation (quantitative and qualitative) was submitted to The Biomedical & Scientific Research Ethics Committee (BSREC) of Faculties of Medicine and Science. The application underwent peer approval and has been accepted (REGO-2018-2230).In line with basic ethical principles, we will ensure that all SMEs and employees involved in the evaluation will participate voluntary with written informed consent and can withdraw from the study at any time. All participating SMEs within the West Midlands region should provide consent (collected by the West Midlands Combined Authority) for the study to be carried out within their organisation.
