Verbal informed consent was obtained from participants and the ethics review board approved the use of verbal consent. In this study, verbal informed consent meets an item in the ethical application process: the written informed consent can be waived when the risk to the the subject of the study is not greater than the minimum risk, and written informed consent is not required for conduct or procedures in the same circumstances if out of "research" background, such as interview research, email/telephone survey.
