Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All procedures in this study involving human participants will be in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The institutional review board at the University of Miami provided necessary permission to conduct this study on 11 July 2017, IRB# 20170541. Ethical approval provided by the University of Miami is sufficient to cover data collection in this study (e.g., states). The trial is registered at ExternalRef removed<i>, identifier: NCT03194854, registered 21 June 2017.</i> Informed consent will be obtained from each participant included in the study. More specifically, immediately after being determined to be eligible for this study, each eligible individual will be directed to a web-based IRB-approved informed consent form. Each individual who clicks the “Consent to Participate” will be enrolled as a participant in the study. Each individual who clicks “Decline to Consent” will be denied access to the intervention.
