Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Our project was approved by Tehran University of Medical Sciences (N4180001). The study regarded freedom to participate and adhered to research principles related to privacy and confidentiality and consent was desirable from all the participants. In this way, prior to the data collection, students and their parents or guardians informed about the objectives, content and procedures of the study. Written informed consent obtained from the parents or guardians and students. Throughout the study parents or guardians and students were informed that participation was voluntary and they could withdraw consent at any stage and all student were included in the study unless they decided to withdraw from the study.
