Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Medical Ethics Committee of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam confirmed that this study did not apply to the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO), due to the nature of the measurements (anonymous sales data and anonymous questionnaires) and therefore no approval was necessary. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants.
