Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All interested and eligible participants provided written consent. Participants who were under the age of 18 also received individualized health counseling with study supervisors, which included having a detailed conversation on service needs and referrals to known providers. Consent from a parent or legal guardian was not required for participants under the age of 18. All study procedures were approved by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Institutional Review Board.
