: This study received University of Liverpool ethical committee approval [Ref: 7685] and the study protocol was carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of the university ethics.All participants were provided with an electronic copy of the study information sheet and consent form. They were followed up with a phone/zoom call the next day or at a time convenient for them, to discuss the study and what would be involved should they agree to participate.Prior to interviews and focus groups informed consent was obtained from all participants. Participants were asked to read and sign the study consent form (providing an electronic signature or typing their name into the consent form, or signing and scanning the form) and returning it to the research team via email. At the start of each interview and focus group, consent was reviewed and verbal consent was also recorded.
