: This study received ethical approval from the King George Hospital and Andhra Medical College Ethics Committee and the University of Cambridge School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS 19/204). All participants were given information from the participant information sheet on the study objectives, methods, voluntary participation and right to withdraw at any time from the study. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. All participant data was anonymised during reporting of research findings.
