: Ethical approval for the protection of human subjects was obtained from the Kuwait Ministry of Health’s Ethical Review Committee (ERC) (No. 2020/1402) and the LHSTM Ethical Committee (No 22676). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.This study uses de-identified routinely collected data on usual care (without intervention) and, as such, it preserves patients’ privacy and maintains confidentiality. The use of these data is for public interest, hence a waiver of informed consent has been granted by the Ministry of Health of Kuwait.
