: This study on “Public sentiments towards the use of <i>Wolbachia-Aedes</i> technology in Singapore” has been submitted for ethical review (through Environmental Health Institute’s management committee, under topsheet TS206). This study was designed to guide public health policies, programmes and actions to prevent and control diseases, and the committee has deemed that it falls under the category “Surveillance”, not “Research”, and does not require IRB approval.Participation in the study was voluntary, and informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to administration of the surveys, after explaining the objectives of the study. No personal information or identifier of the participants was collected.
