: Informed consent was obtained from all participants, the study included adult participants (18+ years) only. Team leaders gave their consent through signing a letter containing details on the study, data usage and data protection. Team members gave their consent through agreeing to an information box on data usage and protection in beforehand of filling out questionnaires. All participants voluntarily completed the questionnaires, guaranteeing their anonymity. The survey consisted of a self-report questionnaire without gathering personal data. For anonymous surveys on working conditions and self-reported mental well-being and health no ethical review was necessary under national, university, or departmental rules since the research project does not fall within the scope of the Swiss Human Research Act (Department of Data Protection at the University of Zurich ExternalRef removed, and Central Ethics Committee of the University of Zurich ExternalRef removed). This was confirmed by the competent authority, the Ethics Committee of the Canton of Zurich (ExternalRef removed). The study was conducted under strict observation of ethical and professional guidelines. The manuscript is an accurate and transparent account of the study, and no important aspects of the study or any analyses conducted have been omitted.
