: A sero-prevalence project was developed in full compliance with the Health Research Authority definitions of research and decision tool. The project was designated as “usual practice”, as it was designed to investigate the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak with a view to help with disease control and prevention, utilising members of the public working in appropriate workplaces as the participants. The project and all associated documentation was reviewed by, and registered with, the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Research and Development Service (project number: CT/1326/20/SE), and approval granted September 2020. Participants from the three workplaces were approached and provided with a participant information sheet with a view to providing written consent to partake in the project.
