: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including Declaration of Helsinki.The GYTS in all countries was performed under the supervision of Word Health Organization and the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The Ministry of Health of each country (Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic) handled scientific, ethical and technical coordination of the study. Following the legal rules in each country, if required, written informed consent was obtained from all subjects or, if subjects are under 16, from a parent or legal guardian.All analyses in this study were performed on publicly available, de-identified data, which was Institutional Review board waived as nonhuman research.The data from anonymous questionnaires were used in the surveys. There was no need for access of the clinical/personal patient data thus administrative permissions and/or licenses were not required.
