: Ethical approval for this study was provided by the University of Sydney Human Research Ethics Committee, reference 2019/604, and all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations of the Australian National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research. Interviewees who were trial participants gave prospective informed consent to take part in an interview at the trial commencement and confirmed this in their post-trial feedback form. They also gave verbal consent to the trial administrators for their details to be passed on to the interviewer, and confirmed this consent in the interview itself after information about audio recording and use of deidentified data had been stated. Yoga instructors provided written informed consent prior to interviews.
