: Ethical approval for the current study was waived since this analysis used secondary data. As for the primary data for RISKESDAS 2018, the Ethical Committee of Health Research, NIHRD, Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia had given their approval with the reference number LB.02.01/2/KE.267/2017. All participants or their legal guardian (for aged 15 years old) who participated in the study had given their written consent, participant’s willingness to participate and written consent was reassured before on-site laboratory test and blood sample collection. Informed consent was obtained from all participants/or their legal guardian. All methods in RISKESDAS 2018 study were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
