Research ethics approval for this study was granted by the research ethics boards from the University of Toronto, University of Windsor, University of Victoria and Ryerson University. The relevant ethical considerations were outlined to all participants before their participation in the current study. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. Survey participants provided implied consent by starting the questionnaire after reviewing the consent form. Interview participants provided written consent prior to the interview after reviewing the consent form with a member of the research team.
