: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Berlin Chamber of Physicians and the Ethics Committee of the Technological and Educational Institute of Thessaly. Data collection was in accordance with the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical standards of research, especially with respect to the protection of data privacy. The research involved no risk for the participants and no identifiable private information. Before disseminating the questionnaires, the objective of the survey was explained orally in detail to the students and they were informed about the voluntary and anonymous participation. The students were made aware that submission of completed questionnaires implied their informed consent to participate in the study.
