: Ethical approvals were obtained from the Jordan Ministry of Health, the Health Sector Research and Assessment Committee of UNHCR Jordan, and the Ethical Committee of the Graduate School of Tropical Medicine and Global Health, Nagasaki University, Japan (Reference No. 16). All participants were informed of the overview and objectives of the study. They were also explained that taking part in this study had no risks or benefits and that they could stop participating at any time without detriment. Written informed consent was obtained from each participant and/or their legal guardian before administering the questionnaire.
