: This study protocols were undertaken in accordance with relevant local and international ethical guidelines and regulations; e.g., Declarations of Helsinki. The primary ethical approval for the whole study protocols was obtained from Mahidol University Central Institutional Review Board (MU-CIRB 2020/089.0704). Universitas Airlangga and King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok used MU-CIRB. Data analysed in this study were anonymized before use. Participants in this study gave their informed online consent by clicking ‘I agree to participate’ before completing the survey. The informed online consent was approved by Mahidol University Central Institutional Review Board (MU-CIRB 2020/089.0704).
