: This was study based on anonymized data and were provided by the appropriate, authorized sources (for Estonia, the National Institute for Health Development and for Lithuania, Statistics Lithuania and the Lithuanian Institute of Hygiene), however comparable datasets can be obtained from national statistics databases for each country. All study methods were carried out in accordance with the International Ethical Guidelines for Health-related Research Involving Humans (Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences (CIOMS)).
