: The study is based on the publicly available data source, and survey agencies that conducted the field survey for the data collection have also collected a prior consent from the respondent. The LASI (Longitudinal Ageing Study in India) was carried out with the collaboration of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), UNPF, and others.
