: The ethics committee of Office for National Statistics Microdata Release Panel (ONS-MRP) granted formal approval for the research and for the access and use of the data (approved October 20, 2020). The ethical acceptability of research projects is one of the aspects considered by the ONS-MRP. If there are concerns about the ethical acceptability of a piece of research, the ONS-MRP has the option of referring the project to the National Statistician’s Data Ethics Advisory Committee. No ethics review was needed because the study was not medical research involving human subjects (ExternalRef removed). The ethics committee of Office for National Statistics Microdata Release Panel (ONS-MRP) has waived need for informed consent for the study as the study is secondary data analysis from the census/ a retrospective nature of the study. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
