: This study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr: 2020–03046 and 2020–03922). The participants were identified as pseudo-files in the data files. The collected data were protected by confidentiality regulations under the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (2009:400), Chapter 24. Data were handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish law (2018:218), which supplements the GDPR. Following the Declaration of Helsinki was not relevant to this project, because data were generated within quality registries.According to the Swedish Data Protection Authority, the handling of data generated within the framework of quality registries is exempt from the requirement of written informed consent from participants.
