: We have ethical approval from the Research Ethics Governance Information System (REGIS - the NSW Health ethics system) (2021/ETH10883) and Aboriginal Health and Medical Research Council (AHMRC) ethics committee (project ethics number − 1884/21). The project has Local Health District site specific approval (via REGIS) for each NSW Aboriginal Maternal and Infant Health Service and approval from participating ACCHO.All participants associated with the project (quantitative (RCT), qualitative and video development) are provided with a participant information sheet and an opportunity to ask questions associated with the project. Informed consent will be obtained from each participant before initiating study activities and participants can withdraw at any time without penalty.This project adheres to the guidelines put forth by the Declaration of Helsinki including obtaining informed consent from participants, freedom to withdraw from study without penalty, prioritising the health of participants, ensuring respect and confidentiality and conducting research in an ethical manner.Any serious adverse events that occur during the project will be reported to the Chief Investigator, Rowena Ivers, Manager of the associated health services and ethics committees associated with the project including the AHMRC.
