: Our rules and regulations were provided by the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) program and the Institutional Review Boards (IRB) of the University of Gondar (UOG). A letter granting permission to utilize the dataset for this study was acquired following the submission of the consent form to DHS Program/ICF International Inc. The International Review Board of Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) program data archivists waived permission to use the data and informed consent. All methods and procedures were carried out in accordance with DHS and UoG guidelines and regulations. The study is not an experimental study but the proposal of the study was evaluated by UoG IRB and given an acceptance letter. The dataset's secrecy was maintained by not being shared or given to other organizations. The research is not an experiment.
