: This study was approved by the institutional review board at Virginia Commonwealth University (IRB HM20019183). All participants provided informed consent collected electronically prior to engaging in the epidemiological survey. The participants consented to providing responses that would be deidentified and stored within an encrypted file on an encrypted device and shared within the research team. Participants had the option to respond to all questions, or refuse to answer any question, and still receive their full compensation. Finally, participants had the PI's contact information for any questions or concerns that arose prior to or after their participation in the survey. Participants who wanted to participate in the survey were asked to read the information of the study, click the “Yes, I agree” button and the “Next” button at the bottom of the information sheet to complete the online consent process. This informed consent process was approved by the ethics committee at Virginia Commonwealth University. All methods were carried out in accordance with the proposed and approved study protocol including all relevant guidelines and regulations.
