: This study used a secondary data analysis of publicly available survey data from the MEASURE DHS program (ExternalRef removed). These DHS survey reports are publicly available and the datasets are accessible upon application. We requested the data set, and permission was granted to download and use the data for this study. Since the study used the Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey data which was exempted from ethical approval by the National Institute of Population Research and Training (NIPORT), Medical Education and Family Welfare Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Bangladesh, further ethical approval for this study was not required. <b>All the procedures were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations</b>. Informed consent was obtained from all participants and when the participants were under 16, consent was obtained from their parent or legal guardian.
