: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology School of Committee on Human Research Publication and Ethics, Ghana (Clearance Number: CHRPE/AP/190/19). Interviewers explained to the participants the contents of a written consent form, including their right to withdraw from participating at any point during data collection. All participants provided written informed consent to participate. Also, all literate participants and legal guardians of illiterates provided written informed consent to participate. All interviews were conducted in private and every precaution was taken to ensure confidentiality. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
