: For this mixed-methods study, we used quantitative repeated cross-sectional survey data and qualitative Focus Group Discussion data. We did not conduct any experiments on humans and/or we do not report the use of human tissue samples.Ethics approvals were obtained from the University of Cambridge Psychology Research Ethics Committee (No. PRE 2020.050) and from De Montfort University Faculty of Health and Life Sciences Research Ethics Committee (No. REF 422991).
