: Ethical permission was obtained from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority previously known as Regional Ethics Review Board of Stockholm, Sweden, application reference number Dnr: 2020–04577. The Swedish Ethical Review Authority approved the data linkage between the various registers via encrypted serial numbers, this pseudonymized data is stored securely, and all results are reported on the macro level. Informed consent was not required by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority because this study used large population-based administrative pseudonymized data, in accordance with Swedish law informed consent is not required when using routinely collected administrative data for ethically reviewed research projects undertaken at Swedish universities and colleges. All methods carried out were in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
